"not Very professional"
Went in today and the staff just seemed kind of annoyed. They weren’t really helpful, and it felt like I was bothering them by asking basic questions.

"Honestly felt worth it"
Took my car to Velasquez Auto Care and I left feeling good about the whole thing. The price felt fair for what they did, and they explained what was going on without making it weird or trying to add a bunch of extra stuff. My car definitely feels better now, and I just didn’t get that overcharged feeling. Overall, I had a good feeling about them and I’d go back.

"Decent experience, but make sure you ask about timing"
I’ll give them credit for being upfront about the price before they started anything. What they quoted me was basically what I ended up paying, so there weren’t any weird surprise charges, which I really appreciated. That said, it did take longer than I expected, so just a heads up if you’re on a tight schedule—ask about the timeline first. Overall, it was a good experience.

They do solid work every time, for real. Everything’s been reliable and I haven’t had any issues after, so I’m definitely happy with it.

"Pretty good at figuring out the real problem"
I brought my car in thinking it was probably the battery, but they checked it out and found the actual issue quickly. It kind of saved me from just guessing and replacing the wrong thing. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’d say it was a good experience

"Felt a bit too messy for me"
When I stopped in, the place just didn’t feel very clean. The floors looked like they needed a good sweep, and the waiting area had kind of a stale smell to it. I can’t really say much about the service because I didn’t feel like sticking around long enough, but the cleanliness definitely made a bad first impression on me.

"They were straight with me from the..."
They were straight with me from the start and didn’t try to push a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. I’ll admit, after I paid I was a little wary, like I half expected the usual runaround or excuses, but they followed through and kept it fair. Definitely felt like people I could trust again.
